Absolutely loved Amsterdam! For a lot of the reasons that have already been mentioned. If you’re visiting the city and want to do something original, check out the House of Bols. Rather than just an attraction it calls itself a ‘Cocktail and Genever Experience’ and I must say, I agree. Before being demonstrated how my senses affect each other and how to Flair, the tour took me through the history of Bols (Hollands Oldest brand of Genever). To top it off the staff will make you your favorite cocktail at the end of the tour. All this for 12 euro.

There is no such thing as a free lunch or free airline meal. You have paid for it in your ticket price. The thought of a free meal would not entice me to fly with an airline..

Beautiful city - one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.
Where to sleep? There are plenty of places - hotels and motel, so you will have no problems finding somewhere.
Have a great time, it really is a nice city.
